Winter Fruit Mold

2 cups boiling water
1 (8-serving size) or 2 (4-serving size) Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
1 cup grape or orange juice
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (halved seedless grapes, diced pears and apples)

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir in juice and cold water. Refrigerate until thickened (spoon drawn through gelatin leaves an impression).

Stir in fruit then spoon into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Unmold before serving.

Yields 10 servings.
