Vanilla French Toast

2 eggs
1/2 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
6 slices bread
Maple Syrup

Whisk first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

Melt butter in skillet. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, brown each side in skillet.

Serve with maple syrup

Makes 6 servings.
