Upside Down Chocolate Puddin’ Cake

1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 2/3 cups hot water

Mix the Bisquick, 1/2 cup of the sugar, 3 tablespoons of the cocoa, milk and vanilla.

Spoon batter evenly into a greased crockpot.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over batter in crockpot. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until batter is set. Be careful not to overcook. Serve hot with ice cream.
