Turkey Herb Patties

1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground turkey
2 teaspoons oil

In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture, mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties.

Refrigerate covered 2 hours.

In a skillet, heat oil. Add patties, cook until done.

Makes 6 patties.
