Also known as Easy Italian Tuna and Pasta
2 8-ounce cans drained tuna
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
2-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2-1/2 cups chopped canned tomatoes
1/3 cup white wine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 pound cooked thin pasta
Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, tuna, and wine. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the grated cheese. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked pasta.
