Tortilla Chicken Crunch

2 cups plain yogurt
1 oz pkg. dry Ranch dry seasoning mix
1 1/4 pounds chicken cut into fingers or chunks
7 cups tortilla chips crushed or processed to equal approx 2 1/2 cup crumbs
1 cup prepared salsa

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Mix together the plain yogurt and the Ranch seasoning mix. Reserve one cup of the yogurt mixture for serving.

Take remaining cup yogurt mixture and toss with the chicken chunks or fingers. Roll in tortilla crumbs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve chicken with the reserved yogurt mixture and salsa.
