Tomato, Mozzarella, and Black Olives

3 large tomatoes, peeled
4 oz. firm mozzarella cheese
10 large black olives, pitted and halved

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut into half inch squares. Then cut the mozzarella into half inch cubes and thread a piece of tomato, then cheese and finally olive onto a cocktail stick.
