Thai Pork Wraps

1/2 pound ground pork
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 head lettuce

Cook pork and garlic in oil 7 minutes. Off heat, stir in cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, hot sauce and brown sugar.

Serve with lettuce.
