Steakhouse Chopped Steak

1 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper
1/4 cup Bull’s-Eye Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce with A.1., divided

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick oval patties.

Grill patties 5 minutes. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce; turn over. Continue grilling 5 minutes or until medium doneness (160°F).

Remove patties from grill. Top evenly with the remaining 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.

Makes: 4 servings, one patty each
