Spinach Artichoke Dip


15 oz artichoke hearts in water, canned, 16-20 ct, drained
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 oz canned crab, drained and picked over
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup slivered Parmesan cheese (NOT pizza powder)
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon minced chives (dried is fine)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning (McCormicks™)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
pinch of red chili flakes
pinch of dried dill

Combine ingredients in a baking dish and microwave on high about 4 minutes for a 700-1299w microwave oven.

Alternately, combine ingredients and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, stirring to combine ingredients after 20 minutes.

Serve with toasted French bread for dipping.
