Shrimp Butter

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 to 12 oz. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and minced
1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons onion, finely minced
Dash lemon juice

Combine butter, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Blend shrimp with butter mixture. Add seasonings to taste.

Serve with crackers or as a canapé spread on toast rounds.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
