2 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (8-oz) sour cream
1 (1.7 oz) vegetable soup mix
3/4 cup cocktail sauce, chilled
1 (6-oz) can crab meat, rinsed, drained & chilled
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and vegetable soup mix.
Spread cheese mixture into a circle on serving dish. Chill at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, top with cocktail sauce and sprinkle with crab meat.
