Sausage & Orecchiette

One box of orecchiette or rigatoni macaroni
1 lb of fresh broccoli, cut up
1 lb sweet (or hot, if you prefer) Italian sausage
1 small red and yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb boneless chicken
2 cups mushrooms
Marinara sauce

Start water boiling for the macaroni.

Cook the sausage and chicken in a frying pan with a little butter.

Drain the meat, then put back in frying pan and add all the cut-up veggies and marinara sauce. Cook until veggies are soft.

When macaroni is done, drain and put in a big bowl.

Then add sauce, meat and vegetables to the macaroni and serve.
