Sardine Pate In Lemon Shells

4 large lemons, cut in half and pulp removed to make “8 shells”

In food processor or blender, mix until smooth:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 thin slice onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 (4 oz) cans sardines, drained
Dash (or more to taste) Tabasco sauce

Fill lemon shells with the “pate” and decorate with sprigs of parsley if desired Serve with crackers, chips or use as a dip, placing the pate in a bowl surrounded by lots of fresh veggies, crackers, & chips.
