Salsa Chicken Tacos

1 cup cilantro leaves
1 lime
1 tomato, chopped
4 oz strawberries, hulled, chopped
6 flour tortillas
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oil
1 shallot, chopped

Prepare outdoor grill.

Rub chicken with chili powder, oil, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Grill chicken covered until cooked through.

Transfer cooked chicken to cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes.

Spray tortillas with cooking spray. Grill until grill marks appear. Transfer to plate.

In bowl, stir together strawberries, tomatoes, avocado, shallot, and teaspoon salt. Squeeze juice of half of 1 lime into mixture, stir to combine.

Thinly slice chicken, serve in tortillas topped with strawberry salsa, feta and cilantro. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Makes 2 servings.
