1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely grated
1 (3 oz) pkg roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/8 garlic powder
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat until creamy. Add onion, roquefort cheese and garlic powder and mix well. Refrigerate.
Serve with zucchini sticks, turnip sticks or cauliflower flowerets
