Roquefort Chicken

3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter
4 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup sour cream

Salt and pepper chicken.

Heat butter in skillet. Lightly brown chicken; remove. In skillet, add Roquefort, garlic and sour cream. Heat, but do not boil.

Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch dish; pour sauce over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.

Makes 6 servings.
