1 tablespoon olive oil
24 ounces Butterball® Fresh Turkey Breast Filets, (6 4-ounce. fillets)
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted red bell peppers, drained
1 can (26-1/2 ounces) Hunt’s® Spaghetti Sauce Light Traditional
1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese, (4 ounces)
Place a large skillet with oil over medium high heat until hot. Add turkey and brown, about 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
Add sauce and peppers, stir to blend and simmer until heated through. Sprinkle top with cheese.
