4 pork chops
2 teaspoons Italian dressing
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Combine salad dressing, pepper and mustard. Brush on both sides of chops.
In skillet, cook chops, covered 30 minutes. Turn and add onion. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes or until tender.
