1 cup onion
2 tablespoons margarine chopped
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1 cup green bell pepper strips
1 cup yellow bell pepper strips
1/2 cup A-1® Steak Sauce
1/2 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup tomato — chopped
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion in margarine until slightly tender. Add peppers; cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Add steak sauce, spaghetti sauce and tomato; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm with cooked beef, poultry or pork.
Makes 3 cups.
