Pear Yogurt Shake

1 16-ounce can pears in juice — chilled
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 banana — peeled
3 ice cubes — crushed
2 tablespoons honey
Dash ground nutmeg

Combine pears with juice, yogurt, banana, ice and honey in blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

Pour shake into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
