Parmesan Cheese Crisps

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.

Toss cheese, flour and cayenne in a bowl. Drop heaping teaspoons of mixture on baking sheets. Spread cheese into a thin disk. Bake until cheese has melted and disks are crisp and golden 10 minutes then remove. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture.

Makes 16 crisps.
