2 boneless split chicken breasts
4 thin slices boiled or imported ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese (or Mozzarella cheese)
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Split chicken fillets in half pound until thin. Layer each fillet with ham and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up with filling inside. Spread chicken roll with mayo then roll in crumbs until coated.
Arrange seam side down, in a shallow pan. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 to 30 mins or until golden and tender.
