1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 bag frozen vegetables of your choice (peas are my favorite)
Hot cooked rice, for serving
Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add orange juice and soy sauce and the chicken and cook for 1 minute. Add vegetables and continue cooking til chicken is cooked through and veggies are crisp tender.
Serve over rice.
