2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces (legs — thighs and breasts)
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
salt and pepper
Place chicken pieces on foil lined shallow pan, skin side up (turning is unnecessary). Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
In a pan combine orange juice concentrate, butter,ginger, salt and pepper. Heat.
Spoon over baked chicken and bake for 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
