Nutty Brussels Sprouts

1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Saute Brussels sprouts in butter in a skillet until tender. Add vinegar, syrup, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute longer.

Sprinkle with pecans, then serve.
