Nut Butter Salad Wraps

7-1/4 lbs. large flour tortillas, warmed
5-2/3 cups almond butter or peanut butter
2-3/4 cups mayonnaise
2-3/4 lbs. packaged salad
1 1-1/4 cups alfalfa sprouts

Spread nut butter and mayonnaise over center of each tortilla. Divide salad over each and top with sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold tortillas, enclosing mixture to make a pocket.
