1 lb (or more) hamburger
1 can beef broth
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 teaspoon onion powder (or more to your taste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (omit if using canned gravy)
Salt and pepper
1 package of brown gravy mix (or 1 can of beef gravy, but delete the soy sauce)
1 package frozen vegetables
4-6 oz sour cream
Cooked egg noodles
Cook 1 pound hamburger in pan and remove. Deglaze pan with 1 can of beef broth. Add to broth 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper, and a pack of dry brown gravy mix (or if you use a can of gravy do not add the soy sauce),
Put in 1 package of frozen garden blend (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) or your choice. You could use beans or peas, corn, etc.
Simmer this until vegetables are almost done, about 5-7 minutes with a lid on it. Now add a can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and add the hamburger back in. Simmer about 7 minutes, stirring often. Just before taking off the pan add in some sour cream.
Serve over egg noodles.
