3 pounds pork belly` — skin removed
3 cups apple cider
1 stick cinnamon — broken
Place pork belly in roasting pan cover with cider add the cinnamon and cloves make sure pork is covered cook at a low temp 200°F for 2 hours.
Drain liquid carefully place pork back in oven roast at 300° for one hour thirty minutes.
