Michigan Hot Dog Sauce

2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
6 teaspoons chili powder
5 teaspoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 pounds ground chuck

Mix all but the ground chuck in a bowl.

In a large skillet add raw ground chuck and the mixture and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Spoon over your favorite hot dog.

Makes 16 servings.
