Mandarin Turkey Salad

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 3/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
7 oz Mueller’s pasta ruffles, cooked, drained, rinsed with cold water
4 oz smoked turkey or chicken, breast; cut in thin
3 oranges; peeled, sectioned

In large bowl combine sour cream, yogurt, orange juice, curry powder orange peel and pepper. Add pasta ruffles, turkey, oranges and green onions. Toss to coat well. Cover; chill.
