Mandarin Style Country Crock Pot Ribs

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons catsup
1 clove garlic – crushed
3-4 lbs. country style ribs

Combine all but ribs and brush on both sides of ribs. Place ribs in crock pot and pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

Half everything for 2 lbs ribs and use a small clove of garlic or 1/4 teaspoon from a jar of crushed garlic.
