1-1/2 pounds ground beef
3-4 green onions, chopped
2-3 carrots, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add all remaining ingredients except wonton wraps and cook until onion and carrots are tender.
Get a bowl of water and wet wonton wrap edges.
Fill center of wrap with browned meat mixture and press together edges with a fork into a triangle shape.
Deep fry until lightly brown.
