Low Carb Cheesecake

2 8 oz cream cheese, regular or lite
1/2 cup sugar or equivalent Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Spread 1 cup on top of a sprayed and chopped walnut sprinkled pie plate.

To the rest of batter add:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Pour on top of the cream cheese layer

Bake 325° oven 35-45 minutes

Cool and slice to serve with whipped cream
