1 tablespoon butter
4 chicken breasts
1 bottle lemon-pepper seasoning
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken breasts. Once the breasts are just cooked, cover with the seasoning.
Cook for about 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 160°F. when thermometer is inserted at thickest part and juices run clear when cut.
