Lemon Horseradish Potatoes

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 lb new red potatoes, cleaned but unpeeled, left whole if the size of a golf ball or smaller, cut into halves or quarters if larger

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place potatoes in a 2 quart casserole dish.

Melt butter in a pan on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. Stir in all other ingredients except potatoes. Pour butter mixture over potatoes.

Cover and bake for 1 hour.
