Lasagna (1)

1 lb. ground beef
2 pkgs. French’s spaghetti sauce
8 oz. pkg. Muellers lasagna noodles
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 1/2 cups water

In large heavy pan brown beef. Add tomato paste, water, sauce mix. Simmer about 15 minutes.

Cook lasagna as directed. Drain; rinse with cold water.

In 13x9x2 inch pan spread 1 sauce, then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
