1 lb. ground beef
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 jar (32 oz.) meatless spaghetti sauce
1 jar (8 oz.) meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 pkg. Mueller’s lasagna
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Brown beef in oil in a large pan. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook lasagna as directed; drain.
In 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, spread 1 cup sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagna, ricotta, sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
Allow to stand 15 minutes.
