Hot Pepper Sauce

1 small papaw; seeded, peeled, chopped
1/2 lb. hot peppers, crushed
1 cucumber, chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon oil

Boil papaw until tender, add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cool and store in jars.
