1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Remove any spikes or tough leaves from the artichoke hearts.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan and sprinkle some paprika over the top. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with assorted crackers.
