Honey Orange Walnut Bread

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons soft butter
1 cup honey
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
Grated rind from 1 large orange
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup shopped English walnuts

Preheat oven 325°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl, mix together butter, honey, grated rind and orange juice. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until flour is just moist. fold in walnuts and scrape into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Let loaf sit in pan for 10 minutes before turning over. Let cool on wire rack
