Also known as Asian Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Ahi tuna steaks, thawed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon wasabi
1 teaspoon organic chives
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter and ginger; stir well. Spread mixture over top and sides of tuna.
When ready to grill, place tuna, sauce side down, over medium heat. Spread remaining sauce over tuna. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine butter, wasabi and chives; mix well.
Serve flavored butter over cooked tuna steaks.
