“Green” Macaroni Salad

1 16 oz pkg small shell macaroni
1 jar dill relish (juice too)
1 jar sliced green olives (juice too)
1 large granny smith apple
2 celery ribs
Mayonnaise (or substitute) to moisten
salt and pepper to taste
Capers (optional)

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Core and chop apple (leave peal on). Chop celery.

Put all ingredients into large bowl. Mix well. If you’re not going to use that day, add apples just before serving.
