Granola for 50

8 cups rolled oats
4 cups shredded coconut
2 cups chopped almonds
2 cups sesame seeds or flax seeds
2 cups sunflower seed, unsalted
2 cups wheat germ
2 cups Honey
1 cup Canola oil
2 cups chopped dried apricots, chopped
2 cups raisins

Preheat oven to 300°.

Combine honey and oil, set aside.

In a large pan or pot combine oats, coconut, almonds, seeds and wheat germ. pour honey mixture over oats. Spread in a baking pan(s) bake for 45 minutes stirring 3 or 4 times. Stir in the apricots and raisins when removed from the oven.

Cool, store in an airtight container.

Serving size 1/2 cup, 50 servings
