Golden Puff

1/4 lb. square saltines
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Place 1/2 of the crackers in square baking pan, 3 quart size. Cover with cheese slices and onion. Top with remaining crackers. Pour milk, eggs and mustard over top. Let stand 1 hour or longer.

Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
