Fresh Mushroom Soup

6 cups milk
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Heat milk in large pan. Wash mushrooms and cut in slices. Add to hot milk. Add beef bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Add garlic salt and salt and pepper. Cover. Simmer on low for 45 minutes.

Add butter and serve.

Serves 4 to 6
