Extra Creamy Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk

Wash potatoes. Cut into 2 inch cubes.

Place potatoes, chicken stock and salt and pepper into slow cooker. Set for high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.

When potatoes are cooked through. Add sour cream, 1/4 cup of milk and mash with hand masher or electric mixer. Add additional milk, salt and pepper as needed.
