Double Layer Chocolate Cheesecake

2 pkg. (8oz. each) cream cheese – softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 squares semi sweet baking chocolate melted- slightly cooled
1 chocolate graham cracker crust- 9″

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.

Stir chocolate into 1 cup of the batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with remaining batter.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
