Creole Stomp Tartar Sauce


1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
1 teaspoon cracked mixed peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup finely chopped seeded tomato
1 cup finely chopped Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped pimento
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 jalapeño, seeded, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, red pepper sauce, peppercorns and red pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well. Stir in tomato, apple, onion, pimento, pickle relish, jalapeño and garlic. Store, covered in refrigerator until serving time.
