Cranberry Relish with Brandy and Nuts

2 cups cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1 cup almonds or black walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons lemon rind
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Grind the fruit and the nuts. Combine the remaining ingredients and chill.

Serve generously.
